Ski & Snowboard Patrol Opportunity  

Three Rivers Park District Alpine Patrol is looking for enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders who enjoy helping others in a winter environment! Members of the Alpine Patrol enjoy the following benefits:

  • Complimentary ski/snowboard pass package
  • Annual emergency care, CPR, ski/snowboard, chair lift evacuation and toboggan training
  • Leadership training opportunities
  • Continuing education opportunities including Avalanche study, Mountaineering, and advanced, specialized courses in first aid and rescue
  • Equipment discounts for many of the major brands of ski/snowboard equipment and apparel
  • Complimentary Three Rivers Park District Volunteer Fun Pass

Training starts in December with ski/snowboard skills and toboggan handling. An Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC) course begins the following August.

“Ski Along” with a current patroller and learn some of the many opportunities available. “Ski Along” dates – February 16 and 24, 2008 (10a.m. to 12)
